Windham, Mr. Luke
Music Director
Mr. Luke Windham serves as the Music Director at Seneca Township High School. His curricular ensembles include the Concert Band, which also serves as the Marching and Pep Band, and the Concert Choir. Extra-curricular ensembles include the Wind Ensemble, Chamber Singers, and Pit Orchestra for the Spring Musical. In addition to directing performing ensembles, he teaches Guitar 1 and 2, Piano, and History of American Music for Dual Credit through Joliet Junior College.
Mr. Windham graduated from Lincoln Community High School in 1999. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Western Illinois University in 2004, finishing magna cum laude and graduating from the Centennial Honors College. He received his Master of Music Education degree from VanderCook College of Music in 2016. Mr. Windham is a member of the American Choral Directors Association, Illinois Music Educators Association, National Association for Music Education, and National Band Association.
Mr. Windham resides in Joliet with his wife Sarah, son Whit, and daughter Everly. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and researching.
