Jackson, Mr. Andrew

Science Department

Mr. Andrew Jackson has been a teacher at Seneca since the 2007 school year.  He currently teaches Anatomy and Biology.  He is also the coach of the Seneca Bassmasters and the WYSE Team.  Mr. Jackson is originally from Ottawa, IL and attended Ottawa Township High School.  From there, he attended Augustana College in Rock Island, IL, and completed a B.A. in Science in May 2005.  After completing his degree, he attended Illinois State University and graduated in May 2007 with a B.S. in Science Education.  His personal interests include hiking, fishing, and adding to an ever growing insect collection.  Before SHS, he taught laboratory classes for Biology at ISU, and also Biology at LaSalle-Peru High School.
